1. What type of products do you sell?
We offer unique, emotionally resonant home décor including canvas wall art, statement shower curtains, elegant duvets, and cozy blankets. Each piece is designed to bring beauty and comfort into your everyday life.

2. Where are your products made and shipped from?
All of our products are professionally printed and shipped by trusted fulfillment partners located in North America. This ensures quality craftsmanship and reasonable delivery times.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made-to-order just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. We don’t keep inventory in a warehouse — your piece is custom printed once your order is placed.

5. Can I customize a product?
While we don’t offer personalized items like printing personal photos, I do love working with customers who have ideas for creating a new art piece. I’d be happy to create something special just for you. If you have an idea in mind, please reach out through the Contact page — I’d love to hear from you!

6. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no — we're so sorry! Please reach out through the Contact page within 5 days of delivery and include 3 clear photos showing the damage and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible and offer you a replacement or refund.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping zones — stay tuned!

8. What sizes are available?
Product sizes vary by category. Each listing includes a detailed size guide in the description section to help you choose the right fit for your space or needs.

9. What size are the shower curtains, and can I request a custom size?
All of my shower curtains are a standard size of approximately 71 inches wide by 74 inches long. At this time, I’m unable to offer custom sizing. I’ve chosen this size because it fits most bathtubs and shower spaces, while allowing the artwork to display beautifully and evenly.

10. Do the shower curtains come with hooks and a liner?
No — hooks and a liner are not included with your shower curtain purchase. This gives you the freedom to choose hardware and a liner that suit your personal style and bathroom setup. Each curtain is made with reinforced buttonhole openings for easy hanging with any standard hook set.

Our shower curtains are crafted from high-quality polyester and are water-resistant, but not fully waterproof. Because they are designed as functional pieces of art, we recommend using a waterproof liner behind the curtain — both to help prevent water from escaping the shower area and to prolong the life and beauty of your curtain.

11. What is the thickness and side finish of the canvas wall art?
All canvas art is printed on high-quality, 1.25-inch thick frames with a gallery wrap and mirrored sides. This means the image continues around the edges for a clean, finished look — perfect for hanging as-is without the need for a frame. All artwork includes back hanging hardware, and rubber dots to keep it secure on the wall.

12. What is your canvas wall art made of?
Our canvas wall art is printed on a durable, matte cotton-poly blend with a special coating that ensures rich, lasting color. Each piece is tightly stretched over an eco-friendly pine wood frame. We use non-toxic latex inks, and canvases can be gently wiped with a damp cloth. Please refer to the sizing chart in each listing for measurements.

13. Will the colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?
Slight color differences may occur due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and devices — this is completely normal across all printed products. Whether you're purchasing wall art, a shower curtain, a duvet, or a blanket, each item is professionally printed with rich, vibrant colors true to the original design. Many of my customers say the pieces are even more beautiful in person!
