All of our products are made-to-order and professionally printed. Because each piece is created just for you, we don’t hold inventory or accept general returns or exchanges. Once your order is placed, it enters production immediately — so please be sure to review all sizing and product details before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us through the Contact Us page within 5 days of receiving your order and include the following:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Three clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once we receive your message, we’ll review the details and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
A Note on Color & Sizing
Due to differences in screen settings and lighting, slight color variations between your device and the printed product may occur — this is completely normal and expected with all professionally printed décor. Each listing includes detailed sizing information to help guide your purchase. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering!
